LAST DAY!! Be sure to have something to look over to get some notes before you submit the final. See ya then!

Monday, Dec. 5

Please have your intro finished up so that way you can spend the week concentrating on just one project instead of two. Good luck and see you in class on Monday. Remember we will have some time for the tutorials on handwriting.

Friday, Dec. 2

Please start trajectory toward final. Finishing touches on the intro sequence and moving onto the cartoon. Make sure you that are keeping up with the character sheets, setting sheets and storyboards that will be due in the job folder at the final.

Wednesday, Nov. 30

Finish up work on the intros so you can really dive into the cartoon. Need to get going ladies. Finals will be upon us before you know it. Hang in! You can do it!

Monday, Nov. 28

Please have all your character sheets, settings sheets and storyboards for your cartoon ready to view on Monday. We will check in your intros and start animating your cartoons. So be ready with your storyline.

Wednesday, Nov. 16

Whohoo! Two down in Mid-program. Best to the rest of you! Good luck and we will talk about character sheets and other things on Wednesday. Make sure you keep working on your intros.

Monday, Nov. 14

Please have your idea for the characters on Monday and your cartoon plot. We will get started on character sheets and story on Monday.

Friday, Nov. 11

Last and final work day on intro sequence for Friday. We will be starting on character design on Monday and the final progress show is due for Wednesday next week.

Wednesday, Nov. 9

Get going on your intro piece. Only a couple of more work days before we switch gears to character design.

Monday, Nov. 7

Please continue to make progress on your intros. We will look over progress on Monday and figure out any problems we encounter. See ya then!

Friday, Nov. 4

Please get animating on your intro sequence for Friday. Have some progress to show. Make sure you that are keeping a job folder on the project. Will have to write a pitch for the project. Might be better to do that earlier rather than later.

Monday, October 31

Please use this as a work day. Have your storyboards set and be working on your animation to show progress on Wednesday.

Friday, October 28

Please do lesson 12 in the book. Storyboard or pitch out your ideas. Have at least two options for look of the sequence. See you on Friday.

Wednesday, October 26

Please finish Lesson 9 on the roto brush tool on Wednesday. Please have a vintage photograph scanned in for class lesson on Wednesday. Check out Art of Title to get ideas for your intro sequence (can be for book, movie, tv show). Please select your intro sequence redo and do five pages of research for it in your job folder.

Enjoy your weekend sans homework. Think about some options for an intro to a film, book, or TV show to redo. See ya Monday.

Please have your final version of your animation on the instructor computer to see on the main screen for class on Friday.

Hi guys,

I'm so sorry. No class tomorrow. Boys are not feeling well so it's off to the doctor we go. So thankful for all your help with them at the retreat. They had such a good time with you guys. Please use the day as a work day on your project. I'll be back on Wednesday to talk over our progress. Keep breaking things down guys. Look at the anatomy and dive down into the audio line so that you don't have to keep listing to the audio over and over.
